The Crown Spa Hotel really impressed the judges with their considerable efforts to not only improve its own sustainability but also to promote green tourism to their guests. This year the hotel has received the Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme for its comprehensive environmental policy.
Although there is only one winner in this category, the judges were impressed by the commitment of all finalists to sustainable and environmental issues and their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
