This was a highly contested category with some very strong entries. Category winner, The Sands is a recent development of 41 luxury apartments located on the seafront in Scarborough. The apartments are designed and furnished to the highest standards imaginable and since they opened, only 12 months ago, have had high occupancy rates, repeat custom and positive website feedback.
Standards were high in this category so the judges also gave two highly commended awards to Beech Farm Cottages and Discovery / Starfish Accommodation.
