The Yorkshire Moors & Coast Tourism Partnership rewarded the hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence of the region's many tourism businesses at their third annual awards ceremony held at the Scarborough Spa last night (25th November).

The Awards are the region's most prestigious in hospitality and tourism and include a range of categories for accommodation, attractions, eating places and retail businesses.

Tourism Conference 2010

On 1 April 2009, Welcome to Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Moors and Coast Tourism Partnership launched the new Yorkshire Partner Scheme. This replaced the old YTB membership scheme and offers an enhanced range of benefits, including both local and regional marketing and business development opportunities for an annual subscription of £150, plus VAT. For new partners who join during the year, the fee will be reduced by 25% of the total cost every quarter (e.g. if you join the scheme between 1 January & 31 March you would pay £37.50, plus VAT).
