The National Accessible Scheme

On a scale of 1-3, the National Accessible Scheme symbols indicate a property's level of suitability for wheelchair users and visitors with mobility difficulties. Please note however that as every person's needs are different, it is advisable to state any special requirements at the time of booking.

Level 1 - Accessible for persons with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of stairs.

Level 2 - Accessible for persons who use a wheelchair some of the time and can negotiate a maximum of three steps.

Level 3 Independent - Accessible to wheelchair users able to transfer to and from wheelchair unaided.

Level 3 Assisted - Accessible to wheelchair user who requires assistance (eg carer, hoist).
